For me, that means the creative, embodied practice of transformation. The meeting place between art, nervous system awareness, and structured facilitation. Where creativity becomes a pathway back to self.
My work is grounded in lived experience and supported by extensive formal training. With a background in fine art, artistic therapy, yoga, sound, energy work, and trauma informed practices, I guide women, men, and children through processes that support mind, body and soul connection.
Through art, energy, body-based therapies and sound, I create spaces where people feel seen, heard and supported in returning back home to self.
