'When words are hard to find, creativity can become the language' These sessions are held in a safe, nurturing creative space where children are gently supported through art, sensory exploration, and creative expression. This is not talk therapy. Instead, we use painting, drawing, pastel, and clay, these sessions help support emotional regulation, confidence, connection, and self expression in a calm and embodied way. Particularly supportive for children experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, emotional sensitivity, behavioural challenges, grief, or difficulty expressing their feelings.These sessions are held in a safe, nurturing environment where we gently support connection between the mind, body, and soul. This is not traditional talk therapy. Instead, we use creative and embodied artistic processes such as painting, drawing, pastel, charcoal, and clay modelling to help bring balance, calm, confidence, and harmony back into the being. Through the creative process, emotions can be expressed safely when words are difficult to find. Sessions may support both children and adults experiencing:
Nervous system dysregulation
Anxiety and overwhelm
Depression
Grief and loss
Separation or family changes
Bullying
Insomnia and sleep difficulties
Behavioural challenges in children
Low confidence or disconnection

No previous artistic experience is needed.
While each session can be beneficial on its own, a series of sessions allows for deeper integration and support. A minimum of three sessions is recommended, with seven sessions offering the opportunity to gently unravel deeper layers supporting greater self awareness, regulation and connection to self.
