I am an Art Alchemist
For me, Art Alchemy is the meeting place between art , nervous system awareness, and embodied facilitation, where healing, creativity and self expression become the pathway back to self.
My work is grounded in lived experience and supported by extensive formal training. With a background in fine art, artistic therapy, yoga, sound, energy work, ecstatic and somatic dance, trauma informed and aware practices, I guide women, men, and children through processes that support mind, body, and soul connection.
Art Alchemy is not about dramatic change.
But a gentle unfolding.
Protective and contained.
Structured yet intuitive.
Wise and grounded.
It is guided by truth, beauty, goodness, warmth, balance, and harmony.
Through art, sound, and body based practices, I create spaces where people can feel seen, heard, acknowledged, and supported in returning back to self.
